On-line tar-analysis and tar-monitoring with UV-fluorescence at TU Berlin 2008-2018

Initial work was performed with a 266 nm Nd:YAG laser as source for laser induced fluorescence (LIF).

In the BioProGReSs-project attemps were undertaken to substitute the Laser with UV LEDs. Principal changes and adaptations to the intial setup were made with a focus to assure stable long term operation in industrial environments. The device was successfully operated in the GoBiGas plant in Gothenburg, Sweden.
